About Me
I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Master of Divinity from Christian Theological Seminary, blending psychological insight with a deep understanding of spiritual care. While I offer spiritual integration when desired, I will never impose or expect spiritual components in our work together.
For the past two years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from a variety of backgrounds, supporting them through challenges such as anxiety, depression, personality disorders, spiritual concerns, and other complex life dynamics. My approach to care is relationally based, rooted in the belief that healing happens in the context of a safe, non-judgmental space. My goal is to walk alongside you as you explore the depths of who you are and who you want to become.
Therapy Style
I integrate clinical expertise with a compassionate, holistic view of the human experience. Drawing from a trauma-informed, psychodynamic perspective, we’ll explore how early experiences and unconscious patterns shape your relationships, emotions, and sense of self. Together, we’ll begin to untangle what no longer serves you and make space for a more empowered, authentic way of being in the world. My approach is grounded in empathy and guided by evidence-based practice, while always honoring your unique story. I believe meaningful change begins with genuine connection.
The road to healing requires someone to bear witness to our story with unwavering steadiness, offering a grounding presence as we find our footing. Someone who doesn’t rush to fix, but creates space to explore where the pain comes from, how it shapes us, and brings gentle, nonjudgmental curiosity to the work of healing. Pain must be witnessed and grieved—not to remain stuck, but to process it fully, integrating it into our story to soften its hold and open space for transformation.
Specializing in trauma, depression, and anxiety, I help clients explore both thoughts and somatic representations—the body's symbolic expression of unconscious experience. Together, we will examine how sensations and emotions reveal internal conflicts and unspoken stories, integrating mind and body to enhance insight, emotional connection, and genuine presence.
