15 Minute Consultation
During a brief 15-minute phone call, you’ll have a chance to share what’s bringing you to therapy and what you hope to explore. It’s also an opportunity for you to ask questions and get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit. If you’d like to move forward, I’ll gather a few basic details, and we’ll find a time that works for your schedule.
Intake Session
The journey begins with an intake session, where we focus on history taking and hearing your initial concerns. This foundational meeting allows us to understand your background and the specific issues you are facing, setting the stage for effective support.
50-Minute Sessions
During subsequent sessions, we will dive deeper into exploring unconscious patterns, early relationships, and emotions to foster insight and lasting change. This work moves at a thoughtful pace, building trust and self-understanding. In a world of quick, non-lasting fixes, we co-create and honor depth, patience, and the slow unfolding nature of meaningful growth.
